They have a robot for a waiter - that's pretty epic Service was great. Place was clean. Food came out fast and hot Well done. See all photos from Brittney K. First time in. Their spacious main dining room is only set up for large parties. Not knowing nor given the choice of their side room, we were led to a small table in their bar instead. At a lost. No descriptions as to what each item is on their ordering sheet.

A difference it'd make if we had a server that could actually help with that. Dinner was good. Every dish came out in a timely manner. Wouldn't mind coming again if in area. So far, the best dim sum we've had in Dallas. But beware - while the prices are similar to other restaurants, portions are much smaller. All of the steamed dumplings were very good. The siu mai and har gow both of the quality you would expect in a high end dumpling house.

Notable are the seafood siu mai and the shrimp dumpling with cilantro. For fried items, the crispy shrimp ball was excellent. Crispy and tender, not overcooked and rubbery as is more common. The pan fried dumplings were tasty but were not well browned and lacked the crispy exterior you would expect. Be advised that portions for most dishes are two pieces so expect to order more than you might at other restaurants.

As a result, we spent about double what we would ordinarily spend on dim sum in Dallas but the quality and variety make it well worth the extra cost. See all photos from Rosie R.

Really loved it here. Service and food was excellent. We ordered a number of things to try and didn't take a picture of it all lol We were starving! The Singapore noodles were perfect, very flavorful. We got a variety of steamed dumplings and seafood shumai that were delicious. Water spinach was the seasoned vegetables, we got it stir fried with garlic and it was yummy.

We were excited to see this place go in where our old beloved Cafe Brazil used to be. Service was good, food came out via robot tray so fun and everything was really good. It's a little Americanized for dim sum, some of my faves are absent from the menu, but everything we got was delicious and the added bonus was the beef chow fun called something else here that's often hard to find in Dallas.

We'll definitely be back. Made a reservation for 4 for dinner, and it turns out it was their soft opening! We loved the little robot that brought our food, it was soo cute!! The food was also very delicious, and freshly made, would definitely come again! Hands down the best dim sum restaurant in the DFW area! It is compulsory for us to try all dim sum restaurants, and Bushi Bushi did not disappoint. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and has delicate flavors.

Very authentic! Recommendation: honestly, point and click, nothing disappoints Five stars: Shumai, pan fried buns, cha shu BBQ pork, so moist! For vegetarians: stir fried water spinach, vegetable in oyster sauce this is actually Chinese broccoli - see pictures Did I mention the coolest serving robot? It's great entertainment for the kids! We will be back every week! See all photos from Nik K.

Food was good but vibe was weird. It felt like they were trying to be fancy by serving dim sum in presentation in fancy spoons but honestly, I rather have the dim sum steamer and more food. Cost the same as a regular dim sum place. I didn't like the cooked hot food served on a bed of lettuce because it was sticky. I didn't want to eat lettuce with dumplings. I do like that they were open later than other dim sum places.

I would only come back if I was craving for dim sum for dinner. See all photos from Cat N. Lo ve This place! The dumplings were fresh and yummy, prices are reasonable. Fast and friendly service. Found out about this place from Facebook and never have been more pleased! Service was attentive and fast! Thank you to the owners I assume who took care of us and others.

We ordered the beef udon, veggie dumpling, hargar, beef HK, chicken dumping, and shrimp shumai. I loved how the texture on the chicken dumpling was chewy yet soft at the same time!

Ask for chopsticks, chili oil, and soy sauce - they'll gladly give it to you! We'll definitely be coming back for the food! See all photos from Anna J. Get Directions. Yelp, , and related marks are registered trademarks of Yelp. For Businesses. Write a Review. Home Services.
